Van der Garde 'optimistic' for F1

Will Pedro de la Rosa's future teammate be Giedo van der Garde? In any case, the Dutchman seems to be expecting big news very soon. Fifth in the 2011 GP2 Series season with the Barwa Addax Team (one pole and five podiums), his name was highlighted within the HRT team. According to the Spanish newspaper Marca, the Hispanic team would demand at least six million euros for the second steering wheel.

Giedo van der Garde does not deny that he awaits big news with undisguised impatience. “I’m still waiting for news.”, recognized the Dutchman on his Twitter account. “I’m training really hard at the moment and preparing for the best. I am optimistic to have good news very soon. Everyone talks to me about F1 but I can't say anything at the moment. Please be patient. »
