Vettel concludes testing in Barcelona

Sebastian Vettel (Ferrari) remained the fastest in the last day of testing in Barcelona (Spain). With a time of 1'22"852 achieved on super soft tires, the quadruple world champion allowed the Team to finish first on the timesheet for the fifth time in eight days.

Carlos Sainz Jr. (Toro Rosso) is the closest to the German after having evolved on ultra-soft tires in the morning. The Spaniard is ahead of Felipe Massa (Williams) who also switched to red wall tires as well as Sergio Pérez (Force India).

Nico Rosberg (Mercedes) was able to take to the track this afternoon following transmission problems encountered by his teammate Lewis Hamilton This morning. The German driver was the slowest but still completed 70 laps.

Daniel Ricciardo (Red Bull) finished sixth ahead of Jenson Button (McLaren). Jolyon Palmer (Renault) is in eighth position, but the Briton was unable to pass the hundred lap mark following a hydraulic problem detected this morning.

Marcus Ericsson (Sauber) ranks ninth ahead Romain Grosjean and Esteban Gutiérrez (Haas) who replaced the Frenchman in the middle of the afternoon. Rio Haryanto (Manor) was able to take to the track to complete 58 laps after being stuck in the pits this morning following mechanical problems.
