Vettel: 'We're not too concerned'

Third in Australia, forced to retire in Bahrain before moving up to second position in Shanghai, Sebastian Vettel recognizes not having experienced the start of the season hoped for with the Team Ferrari. The four-time German world champion, already relegated to 42 points behind his compatriot and leader of the general classification Nico Rosberg, remains convinced that the trans formationalpine is in a much better position than in 2015, heading into the Russian Grand Prix this weekend.

« Usually when you finished second the year before, you want to be the best team the next year. We have said many times that we are satisfied with the car, we are on the right track. » maintains the 28-year-old pilot.

Second in 2015 on the Russian track, Sebastian Vettel admits that there is no concern within the Italian team, which was notably slowed down in its momentum by mechanical problems, both on the car of the German in Bahrain, than that of his teammate Kimi Räikkönen in Australia. « We're not too concerned. I think it's all about putting everything together and things will come by themselves.

Of course, we don't sit here waiting for a lucky run. We work very hard and we want to make progress … We focus on our work and not too much on others. »
