Vettel within one point of the title in Singapore

Sebastian Vettel signs his third consecutive victory at the Singapore Grand Prix. The German, once again starting from pole, retained his advantage from start to finish, despite Jenson Button's attempt (McLaren) to resume the driver Red Bull in the final laps of the race. The Briton finished a few seconds behind the leader, ahead of Mark Webber (Red Bull) on the podium and remains the only title contender with the leader.

Fernando Alonso failed in fourth place after suffering from a cruel lack of grip with the F150° Italia. The Asturian still manages to maintain the advantage over Lewis Hamilton (McLaren), who had a difficult race. The Briton hit the car by Felipe Massa (Ferrari), forcing him to return to the pits before observing a drive-through.

Force India continues to impress at the end of the season. Paul di Resta finished sixth while his teammate Adrian Sutil finished eighth behind Nico Rosberg (Mercedes). The Silver Arrows were also on a good pace but Michael Schumacher hit the C30 of Sergio Perez and violently ended his course in the low wall. The Mexican still managed to finish in the points in 10th place behind Felipe Massa.
