VIDEO – The collision between Ocon and Alonso during the Sprint Race

Between Esteban Ocon et Fernando Alonso nothing is going well anymore. Already battling against each other in Saudi Arabia and Hungary earlier in the season, the two drivers Alpine were once again the protagonists of a racing incident. Particularly damaging incident for their team in the championship.

After a first contact on the first lap at turn 4 where the Spaniard tried to overtake his teammate from the outside before the latter hit him, Alonso and Ocon found themselves in a fight on the start/finish line. Returning to contact, the double world champion shifted a bit too late and lost his front wing after hitting the rear of the car of Norman.
