Vowles at Williams, a new door closing for Porsche?

Despite the failure of its aborted alliance with Red Bull, Porsche still claims to want to join Formula 1. The takeover of Williams could have been a possibility, but is it still an option after the arrival of James Vowles at the head of the 'stable ? We take stock.
