Will Stevens is also eyeing the WEC

Will Stevens has only one Grand Prix start to date with the Abu Dhabi GP contested with Caterham F1 Team, at the end of which he took 17th place. The Briton took advantage of the team's delicate financial situation to take the wheel of the CT05, hoping that the Leafield structure would find the resources to extend the adventure. “I jumped at the opportunity when it presented itself,” recognized the rookie on f1news.ru. “I had to get used to it and I wasn't far from the pace of a great driver like Kamui Kobayashi, even though it was the first time I drove this car."

More the future looks dark for Caterham F1 Team, its administrators still looking for a buyer. Will Stevens is therefore interested inEndurance which welcomes more and more drivers from F1. THE WEC is all the more attractive as it attracts more and more manufacturers, like Nissan which will be arriving this season. “I will do everything to keep this going. But if it doesn't work, I am considering the possibility of racing in LMP1."
