Williams regaining form at the Spanish GP?

Williams Racing hopes to improve its level in the hierarchy from Spanish GP after a somewhat disappointing start to the season compared to the hopes aroused by the excellent performance of 2014. After 4 Grands Prix, the Grove team is still in the hunt for a first podium while having difficulty keeping pace with Ferrari.

“We are entering the European season after a relatively successful start to the season which allows us to occupy 3rd place in the Championship. Our goal is to narrow the gap with the teams ahead of us.”, tries to reassure Rob Smedley, the director of racing operations.

The Williams engineer wants to be optimistic even if the Scuderia Ferrari has shown itself to be clearly superior since the start of the season... and that a return of Red Bull Racing is possible. “Barcelona allows us to understand the changes made by the teams... We approach this weekend with full confidence, but a lot of work awaits us until qualifying with our new package”, added Rob Smedley.
