La Williams Racing Driver Academy is growing. After starting the season with Zak O'sullivan, already present in 2022, and new arrival Franco Colapinto, the English team recruited a new young driver along the way. This is Luke Browning, current pilot of F3.

« I’m really looking forward to being part of the Williams Racing Driver Academy. A big thank you to the entire Williams Racing team for giving me the opportunity to aim for the stars, rejoices the Englishman 21 years old, last champion of the GB3 Championship. Being welcomed into the family is a dream come true, the legacy of this team is phenomenal. I can't wait to see where we can go, our journey starts here »

Within the academy, Luke Browning will work “closely” with Williams Racing who help their young drivers develop through a bespoke simulator program at the Grove factory. The Briton will even have the opportunity to follow the teams during certain race weekends, undoubtedly when F3 will perform as a curtain-raiser to the F1.

« We are excited to have Luke join the Williams Racing Driver Academy, points out sports director Sven Meets. He is a very talented driver who already has several important successes to his credit. Everyone at Williams Racing is looking forward to working with Luke throughout the year as he competes in Formula 3 with Hitech GP. He will have the opportunity to develop his abilities while providing useful feedback through simulator work at Grove."
