Alessandro Zanardi is “in stable condition”

Hit by a heavy goods vehicle in June 2020 while doing a handbike training session, Alessandro Zanardi was placed in an artificial coma before being transferred to different departments in order to begin his rehabilitation.

With no news regarding Alessandro since last November and his transfer to Padua hospital, his wife Daniela, in an interview relayed by BMW, took stock of his situation.

« A year after his accident, Alex's condition is stable, she announces at the start. He is currently in a specialized clinic where he is following his rehabilitation program with multimodal and pharmacological stimulations under the advice of doctors, physiotherapists, neuropsychologists and speech therapists in order to facilitate his recovery. ».

Very touched by the support of the public, Daniela Zanardi wanted to send a little word to thank all these people.
