Audi Sport wants to regain its crown at the 24 Hours of Spa. A four-time winner, the German manufacturer has chosen 12 official drivers and three teams to claim a fifth victory on October 25.
French training Saintéloc, victorious in 2017 with Jules Gounon, Markus Winkelhock and Christopher Haase, will count on these last two drivers. The Tricolore, under Bentley contract, leaves its place to Nico Müller, current leader of DTM after 12 races.
At home, Team WRT will have strength in numbers with four Audi R8 LMS, including two official ones for Mirko Bortolotti-Kelvin van der Linde-René Rast and Robin Frijns-Christopher Mies-Dries Vanthoor.
Another car will be lined up in Pro, with Edoardo Mortara, Frank Stippler and Charles Weerts. In the Silver Cup, Benjamin Goethe, Stuart Hall and Rik Breukers will be associated as is the case in GT World Challenge Europe.
Finally, for the first time, the Attempto structure joins the circle of teams supported by Audi Sport. There we will find Mattia Drudi, Patric Niederhauser and Frédéric Vervisch.
