Blancpain GT – Calado completes the Kaspersky crew

After announcing Giancarlo Fisichella and Marco Cioci on the Ferrari 488 GT3 entered in the Pro category of the Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup, Kaspersky Motorsport has confirmed James Calado as the 3rd driver of the crew.

The Briton who will share the wheel of the Ferrari with the two Italians knows the Italian car well after having evolved in IMSA and WEC with this mount, under the banner of AF Corse, SMP Racing or even Risi Competizione.

“It's going to be quite a challenge for us, but I already know the team very well and I'm sure we will have a very good season with my experienced teammates. The new car is fantastic to drive and the battles on track promise to be exciting”, commented James Calado.

The 2017 Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup season will begin on the weekend of April 23 in Monza (Italy).
