On the Hexis Racing agenda, the weekend of July 28 has been highlighted in red for several months now. Indeed, it is at this time that the next 24 Hours of Spa will take place, which for the French team is the most important meeting of its year. After results below what had been expected since the start of the season, with only one podium won at Paul Ricard during the previous round, Philippe Dumas' Team will be keen to achieve its first victory in 2013 on the slide Ardennes!
“I have a strange feeling before this race. I am torn between the pressure of the event, the desire/obligation to do well and on the other hand, we are preparing this race with so much care that I have great confidence in us and in the probability of doing a great result, » confides Philippe Dumas, the boss of Hexis Racing. “Over the years, this event has become the largest GT endurance race in the world. Even if we have already added some good lines to our list, this one would undoubtedly be one of the most prestigious before possible upheavals within our Hexis Racing structure in the near future. So, yes, we will participate in the 24 2013h of Spa to win. To win together, with our drivers, our mechanics, our engineers, our technical and logistical support staff, with McLaren GT and for McLaren GT. »
