HTP Motorsport plans to fight for the podium at the Nogaro Easter Cups where it will enter two Bentley Continental GT3s for the first time.

BSS – HTP aims for podium at Nogaro for Bentley debut

HTP Motorsport is preparing for the new Blancpain GT Series season which will begin on April 5 and 6 with the Easter Cups contested in Nogaro (Gers). The German team abandoned its Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 for the Bentley Continental GT3.

Vincent Abril, winner of the “Silver Cup” last year with Team WRT, will team up with reigning runner-up Maximilian Buhk. The second crew will be composed of Olivier Lombard and Jules Szymkowiak who will aim for “Silver Cup”.

“This will be our first race with the Bentley Continental GT3”, recalled Norbert Brückner, Team Principal of HTP Motorsport. “We are waiting to see the competition which should be strong this year. Nogaro is a winding and difficult circuit which will be very hard for us. We have a young and fast crew who will certainly be able to fight for a podium. »
