Revised calendar for GT World Challenge America

The coronavirus pandemic had forced SRO Motorsports to review your calendar GT World Challenge America, with the impossibility of competing in the round at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, initially scheduled for mid-May.

After the first event held in March at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin (Texas), the series is expected to resume in July at the VIRginia International Raceway. Sonoma and Road America will host the GT3s in August before the Watkins Glen event in September and the Indianapolis finale in October.

This last race will consist of the first three hours of the Intercontinental GT Challenge round, with competitors able to continue the event to aim for a result at the end of the eight hours of running.

GT4 America will contest three races in Virginia to compensate for the cancellation of the Canadian Tire Motorsport Park round.

August 7-9 – Sonoma Raceway 
August 28-30 – Road America
September 18-20 – Watkins Glen International
