CMR unveils its crews, Nelson Panciatici associated with Jules Gounon in Sprint

2020 will mark the great return of RCM on the GT3 stage. Present in GT4 with the Alpine A110, the Charly Bourachot structure had already confirmed at the start of the year the operation of Bentley Continental GT3 en GT World Challenge Europe this year, without revealing all of its crews.

Three drivers had been made official, Jules Gounon and Seb Morris, representatives of the Crewe brand, as well as Pierre-Alexandre Jean, new Junior of the firm.

We now know the other pilots and the crew distributions. In Endurance Cup, Arjun Maini will support Seb Morris and Pierre-Alexandre Jean in Pro, when Romano Ricci and Erwin Creed will be associated in Am Cup with Stéphane Tribaudini, who competed in GT4 with the Gard team.

In the Sprint Cup, Jules Gounon will see the reinforcement of Nelson Panciatici for a duo aligned in Pro when Pierre-Alexandre Jean and Erwin Creed will be brought together in Pro-Am. “It is a great pleasure to join the GT World Challenge Europe with CMR in a factory-supported Bentley, comments Panciatici.

It is a very high-level championship both in terms of teams and drivers and the number of manufacturers entered naturally commands respect. I became aware of CMR when I participated in the development ofAlpine A110 GT4 and I was impressed by the level to which they managed to take the car as well as by their results.

They are truly passionate and I am very motivated by the idea of working alongside them. The first contacts with Jules Gounon were very positive and I look forward to working with him. The competition will be tougher than ever but we are both competitors and our objective will obviously be to fight for the podiums. »
