Colorful colors for Audi at the 9 Hours of Kyalami
Watch out for epileptic seizures! Audi Sport has decided to break away from conventions with the liveries of the three R8 LMS which will defend the interests of the brand at the Rings at the 9 Hours of Kyalami (South Africa, December 10-12), the final of the Intercontinental GT Challenge (IGTC).
The Audi R8 LMS will use decorations based on the colors of the South African flag, a year after a zebra decoration. Team WRT will line up two formidable crews, with local veteran Kelvin van der Linde, Dries Vanthoor and Markus Winkelhock then Mirko Bortolotti, Frédéric Vervisch and Charles Weerts.
The Team Car Collection team will trust Christopher Haase, Mattia Drudi and Patrik Niederhauser. Audi Sport is in third place in the Manufacturers' ranking before this final 2020 meeting, four points behind Mercedes in second place.
