Greg Biffle confirms his good form in Texas

The Samsung Mobile 500 contested last night on the Texas Motor Speedway oval smiled on Greg Biffle who won his second victory on this circuit. The Roush Fenway Racing driver took the advantage over the No. 48 Chevrolet of Jimmie Johnson who found himself slowed down by latecomers. The five-time champion of the discipline seemed able to fight for first place, but the Hendrick Motorsports driver brushed against the wall and had to settle for second place.

Mark Martin (Michael Waltrip Racing) put in a good performance, finishing third ahead of Jeff Gordon (Hendrick Motorsports) and Matt Kenseth (Roush Fenway Racing). His teammate Martin Truex Jr, who started from pole, took sixth position. Kasey Kahne (Hendrick Motorsports) finally scored a top ten this season by taking seventh place ahead of Carl Edwards (Roush Fenway Racing) and Kevin Harvick (Richard Childress Racing). Dale Earnhardt Jr (Hendrick Motorsports) completes the top ten ahead of Kyle Busch, Denny Hamlin (Joe Gibbs Racing) and Kurt Busch (Phoenix Racing).
