46 cars expected at Imola for the season opener

If Monza were to open the 2020 season GT World Challenge Europe Last April, the coronavirus pandemic largely disrupted SRO Motorsports' plans, as it did for all motor racing series around the world.

However, it will be in Italy, on the Imola track, that theEndurance Cup will be launched in a week. The three-hour event will once again be able to count on a very full starting grid, since 46 GT3s should be entered. A slightly reduced number compared to the first entry lists at the start of the year, but which still remains news for the promoter.

The historic teams of the SRO Motorsports championships, which are AKKA-ASP, Saintéloc Racing, Team WRT, AF Corse, will obviously be there, with the winning team in 2019 FFF Racing or even GPX Racing, winner at the 24 Hours of Spa l last year. The new McLaren 720S GT3 will indeed be present with the 59Racing example.

The 3 Hours of Imola will be followed live on video on our website next week.
