At the dawn of the Centenary edition of the 24 Hours of Spa, Alexandre Gibot was grateful to the parent company Porsche. Thanks to it, the Asian branch, represented by HubAuto Racing and Phantom Global Racing, can boast two high-level crews, entered in Pro and able to claim victory. Interview with a delighted boss, ready to take on this big challenge.

What is your assessment of this start to the season in GT World Challenge Asia as we have just reached the halfway point of the championship?

It went pretty well for Porsche. There have been a few victories and above all we are leading the championships. Among the drivers, we occupy the first three positions (Anthony Liu Xiu, Alessio Picariello and Yuan Bo). Among the teams, the first two (Origine Motorsport and Absolute Racing). We have 11 cars entered, including 3 which are really in the fight for the championship. At the moment, it's still tight and there are still half the rounds to go but it's already good to have completed this first part of the campaign. I
