Honda confirms Guerrieri, Girolami, Monteiro and Tassi

The Japanese manufacturer has decided to renew the same line-up as in 2020 for this new WTCR campaign.

Honda confirms Guerrieri, Girolami, Monteiro and Tassi

We take the same and start again. For this new season of the touring car championship, Honda has not taken the lead. Presumably satisfied with their performance, the Japanese entity chose to continue with the same drivers.

In 2021, Esteban Guerrieri, Néstor Girolami, Tiago Monteiro and Attila Tassi will once again defend the interests of Honda at the wheel of the Civic Type R in WTCR. “ It's a fantastic feeling to extend the adventure with Honda, especially after a solid 2020 season despite the challenges that presented themselves to us. », Explains the first quoted.

Aligned on the Civic Type R, Esteban Guerrieri, Néstor Girolami, Tiago Monteiro and Attila Tassi will race under the colors of the German teams ALL-INKL.COM Münnich Motorsport and ALL-INKL.DE Münnich Motorsport, respectively 2nd and 6th in the team ranking.

The start of the 2021 season is scheduled for May 14 in Hungary. Eight race weekends are on the program for the new campaign.
