Among these 20 GTs, 16 GT3s representing eight brands will attempt to score points for the general classification. Compared to the 2018 edition, we see a sharp drop in the GT4/GTC field (going from 14 to 4) while the 3 TCRs present last year are absent.
In the GT3 class, Mercedes is the best represented firm with four copies. GruppeM Racing will be home to the duos Raffaele Marciello-Maxi Buhk-Maxi Goetz and Yelmer Buurman-Maro Engel-Luca Stolz. Strakka will support the reigning champion Tristan Vautier with Lewis Williamson and Gary Paffett. The second Mercedes-AMG GT3 will be entrusted to Christina Nielsen, Adam Christodoulou and Dominik Baumann.
