The official commitment of the Japanese brand brings the number of manufacturers involved this year to six, with Audi Sport, Bentley Motorsport, BMW Motorsport, Mercedes-AMG and Porsche Motorsport qui avaient d’ores et déjà confirmé leurs programmes respectifs.

Two Nissan GT-R Nismo GT3s will be there this weekend at the Bathurst 12 Hours in Australia, first event of the season, with Oliver Jarvis – Alexandre Imperatori – Edoardo Liberati on the No. 18, when Katsumasa Chiyo – Tsugio Matsuda – Josh Burdon will be lined up on the No. 35.

Remember that Nissan won the clock lap at Mount Panorama Circuit in 2015 with the previous generation of the GT-R Nismo GT3.
