The Nascar-Team FJ association renewed for 10 years

Formed in 2012, the partnership between the Americans of Nascar and the French structure Team FJ has longevity. Organization officials reached a decade-long deal, allowing the Nascar Whelen Euro Series championship to be able to live until at least 2030!

The objective for both partners is to continue the development of the series by reinforcing Nascar's involvement to support Team FJ in different areas and to position the European series at the highest level of disciplines on the Old Continent.

“The entire Team FJ organization as well as the Galpin family are extremely happy and proud that this extension is happening well before the expiration of the previous agreement. This is testament to the excellent work accomplished in recent years and the unique relationship established between Team FJ and Nascar, said Jerome Galpin, boss of the Nascar Whelen Euro Series.

« When we created the series, we never imagined its scale, but today we see the enormous potential that remains before us and believe that we are only exploiting a small part of it! »

“Today's announcement of a 10-year extension reinforces Nascar's commitment to the international stage and sets up the Nascar Whelen Euro Series for continued growth and expansion in Europe over the next decade, said Gene Stefanyshyn, international director of Nascar.

Europe remains a vital part of Nascar's international initiative and we believe we have established a solid foundation from which we can continue to grow.

We are very grateful to Anne and Jerome Galpin as well as the entire Team FJ organization for the partnership we have shared with them over the past few years and look forward to sharing many more years of cooperation for the construction of the series together. »
