The 8th round of the VLN to follow live video

Contested on the formidable Nordschleife circuit of the Nürburgring (Germany), the VLN is in its eighth round. The four-hour event will begin at noon and can be followed in full live video below:
 

The main attraction of the event is the presence of several new GT3s. L'Aston Martin Vantage GT3 is entrusted to Maxime Martin and Darren Turner, the official Aston Martin Racing drivers. The Englishwoman seems well born because she won pole position on Saturday morning in the hands of the Belgian driver.

In second place in the qualifications is the Audi R8 LMS, unveiled a few days earlier in Paris (and still visible at the Audi stand at the Mondial de l’Auto until October 14), driven by Jamie Green and Christopher Haase, within Car Collection Motorsport. The Audi and the Aston Martin will, however, have to start from the last places on the grid, due to the absence of GT3 homologation on these new machines.

Ultimately it is the BMW M6 GT3 of Augusto Farfus (Schnitzer) which will lead the way.
