Representative of BMW's M Motorsport branch in the world of auto racing since 2016, the M6 GT3 is preparing to say goodbye. From 2021, it will no longer race all events before being definitively replaced in 2022 by its little sister the M4 GT3. A racing car that made its first public appearance.
On the sidelines of the Styrian Grand Prix MotoGP, BMW allowed Philipp Eng to climb aboard the M4 GT3 to get a taste of the final version. “ I can't wait to put it on a starting grid », rejoiced the pilot DTM.
« The M4 will take part in its first events next year and will be able to demonstrate its performance in racing conditions. I know it has everything to continue the tradition of the BMW M range ».
Presented at Spielberg with a camouflaged livery, the M4 GT3 will continue its development before being officially revealed without any camouflage.
