The Porsche Supercup supports F1 until 2030

La Porsche Supercup et la Formula 1 are not about to leave each other. The flagship Porsche 911 GT3 Cup championship, which has been the curtain-raiser to F1 for almost 30 years, will continue to do so for another 7 years. The two parties formalized this Friday, November 25, the extension of their collaboration which now extends until 2030.

In 2023, season marking the 30e anniversary of the Porsche Supercup, the calendar will be made up of 8 rounds, all on the European continent. The campaign will begin in Imola and will then continue in Monaco, Austria, Great Britain, Budapest, Belgium and the Netherlands before closing in Italy.

The grid for the 2023 season will be open to 28 drivers. A number which could grow depending on the characteristics of the circuit as was the case last year when certain circuits welcomed 32 cars.

Great Britain – July 7 to 9

Hungary – July 21 to 23

Belgium – July 28 to 30

Netherlands – August 25 to 27
