Lamera Cup, Misano: Team Lamera in force in Race 1

Starting from second place on the starting grid, Team Lamera (P.Couasnon, C.Bouchut, Mattéo and Wilfried Merafina) still occupied this position in the last hour of the race. The quartet of the #62 Lamera, however, managed to win after Continental Racing, long leader, was forced to return to the pits to change a suspension triangle damaged following contact with another competitor.

A mishap which caused the trio Maire, Fargier, Coué to fall back to 7th position. Behind Team Lamera, Team TTM 75 (Di Duca, Marie, Soave) took 2nd place. Starting 6th, the Scania France team (Darne, Guignard, B.Portmann, JL.Portmann) completes the Elite podium. As in Magny-Cours almost a month ago, let us point out the methodical and efficient comeback of the Elite Alma Racing-Tremblaye crew (Loeul, Rouxel, Tremblaye), starting 9th and finally 4th overall.

In the Pro-Am category, victory went to the Race Track Rollinger TEC crew, which confirmed its top speed after setting the best time in the category in qualifying. Note the excellent third place in the category achieved by the ETC Racing-2 crew (Ode, Imbert, Simon). 19th, at the end of qualifying, the trio made a solid comeback allowing them to gain 10 positions and a ticket for the podium. Among the Gentlemans, victory for the Triangle Monaco crew (Miellou, Loustalet, Chauchoy, Lechine).
