Nascar has officially announced that the ten scheduled Chase races will indeed be contested.

Final Nascar Cup Series schedule presented

The final schedule of Nascar Cup SeriesEdit, premier division in the United States, was presented this Thursday by the officials of the North American series. Ten races will be on the menu, as in previous years, without the program changes resulting from the coronavirus pandemic.

Nascar Vice President Scott Miller is delighted with this announcement. “It’s a real achievement to compete at the end of the season on the tracks and on the dates initially planned for the Cup Series, indicates the manager. We had to be flexible but the Nascar authorities and the teams did a fantastic job to achieve this result.

The first will take place on September 6, on the Darlington oval in South Carolina. Among the following events, the round held at Talladega Speedway (October 4 in Alabama) will be one of the most anticipated, as will that of the Charlotte Roval. The season will end on November 8 at the Phoenix oval in Arizona for the final which will pit the four best drivers qualified for this decisive meeting for the awarding of the 2020 title.

September 12: Richmond (Virginia)
September 19: Bristol, Connecticut
September 27: Las Vegas (Nevada)
October 4: Talladega (Alabama)
October 11: Charlotte Roval (South Carolina)
October 18: Kansas, Missouri
October 25: Texas
November 1: Martinsville (Virginia)
November 8: Phoenix, Arizona
