The main novelty lies in the trio aligned with the third Porsche. It will be the French Frédéric Makowiecki and Patrick Pilet, associated with the New Zealander Nick Tandy. On the other two mounts, we will find the pilots usually engaged in Endurance cup, Romain Dumas-Mathieu Jaminet-Sven Müller and Dirk Werner-Dennis Olsen-Matt Campbell.
“This is the largest number of cars driven by Rowe Racing in a race, specifies Hans-Peter Naundorf, the team principal of the team. This will be the first time that Frédéric Makowiecki, Patrick Pilet and Nick Tandy will drive for our colors. The 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps are still faster and more frenetic than the 24 Hours of the Nürburgring due to the number of GT3s (70). »
