Anthony Kumpen will contest the last two races of the 2015 season of the Nascar Xfinity Series by entering the Dav 200 Honoring America's Veterans contested on November 14 at Phoenix International Raceway and the Ford Ecoboost 300 at Homestead-Miami (Florida) on November 21. The 2014 Nascar Whelen Euro Series champion continues his “Nexteer Road to Daytona” program which allows European drivers to find a place on American ovals.
“I hope to continue the Nexteer Road to Daytona program and participate in other races in the Nascar Xfinity Series. It could be beneficial to add a few races in the United States next year, perhaps on road circuits. I think my experience could help me achieve good results », declared the Belgian.
Anthony Kumpen had already taken part in the race in Iowa where he took 28th place. He will drive the No. 55 Chevrolet Camaro fielded by Precision Performance Motorsport.
