Brad Keselowski advances to the next round of the Chase

After seven races without a victory since his last success in New Hampshire, Brad keselowski restarted the Penske machine, winning clearly last night in the second round of the 2020 Chase in Richmond (Virginia).

The driver of the No. 2 Ford Mustang led 192 of the 400 laps on the menu, and took over from Denny Hamlin (Joe Gibbs Racing – Toyota), yet in good spirits at the start of the race but penalized for excessive speed in the pit lane.

Keselowski won after a race without interruption other than a competition yellow flag and was more than 2″5 ahead of Martin Truex Jr (Joe Gibbs Racing) and Joey Logano (Team Penske). The top 5 is completed by Austin Dillon (Richard Childress Racing – Chevrolet Camaro) and Chase Elliott (Hendrick Motorsports – Chevrolet).

Winner of the first event of the Chase last week at Darlington, Kevin Harvick (Stewart-Haas Racing – Ford) finished 7th. Currently eliminated from this first part of the Chase are William Byron, Cole Custer, Matt DiBenedetto and Ryan Blaney.
