Danica Patrick in Nascar

Danica Patrick will make her Nationwide Series debut in 2010 with the JR Motorsports team. The IndyCar Series driver signed a two-year contract with the team and will make her debut Feb. 6 at Daytona.

Mentioned for several months, the arrival of Danica Patrick in Nascar is now a matter of weeks. The American driver has signed an agreement with the JR Motorsports team for the next two seasons. However, she does not give up there?IndyCar Series which she will play in full. At the same time, she will do some stints in the Nationwide Series, the second division of Nascar.

For her racing debut at the Daytona International Speedway on February 6, 2010, Danica Patrick will carry out tests from December 18 to 20 on this same Florida track. Most of the races she will compete in next will take place before and after her IndyCar season which begins March 14 and ends October 2.
