Joey Logano new Nascar champion

Joey Logano (Ford) is the new champion of the Nascar Cup Series.

After being in the lead at the start of the race, notably winning the first segment, Kevin Harvick (Ford) returned to the ranks and ranked 3rd without being able to join the fight for victory.

The 2014 champion preceded Kyle Busch (Toyota) who never had the means to claim success, despite a last stop better than the previous ones which allowed him to start at the last restart in the lead of the race after the puncture of his teammate Daniel Suarez (Toyota), victim of contact with Brad Keselowski (Ford). The 4 title contenders finished in first place.

Kyle Larson (Chevrolet) fought for a long time among the title contenders until contact with the wall caused him a puncture. The Chip Ganassi Racing driver saved a 13th place.
