Kyle Busch wins forceps against Kyle Larson in Chicago

The Nascar Cup Series yesterday offered Chicago (Illinois) one of the most intense finishes in recent weeks. After the victories in stages 1 and 2 of Aric Almirola and Kevin Harvick (Stewart-Haas Racing – Ford), c’est Toyota et Chevrolet qui ont animé la fin de course avec Kyle Busch (Joe Gibbs Racing) and Kyle Larson (Chip Ganassi Racing).

Larson thought for a time taking the advantage, after lightly touching the rear of Busch's Toyota, which hit the outside wall for the first time, but the 2015 champion "took revenge" in the next corner by hitting the Chevrolet Camaro n °42, Larson going into an interminable slide.

And despite another contact with the wall, Kyle Busch managed to maintain enough speed and lead to precede Larson, author of a good recovery, and Kevin Harvick under the checkered flag.

Martin Truex Jr (Furniture Raw Racing – Toyota) and Clint Bowyer (Stewart-Haas Racing) complete the top 5 of the event.
