The 2021 NASCAR calendar full of new features

La Nascar has decided to shake up its calendar for the 2021 season. Its program, rich in new features, notably includes an event on a “Dirt” track in Bristol, a first since 1970.

The series will also give pride of place to road circuits. We will see the first appearance of the Circuit of the Americas in Austin on May 23. The Road America route in Wisconsin will also host a National Day event on July 4. Indianapolis will trade its oval for the road circuit on August 15.

On the oval side, Nashville arrives on the calendar on June 20, Atlanta Motor Speedway will have a second race on July 11, as will Darlington on September 5.

All these new developments make people unhappy. The main one is called Chicagoland Speedway. The Kentucky Speedway race also disappears and Texas Motor Speedway as well as Michican and Dove lose a round.
