Martin Truex Jr shines in Dover

However, Kurt Busch will not be the only one who can grab places in the Championship. Carl Edwards (Roush Fenway) will start from fourth place ahead of Kyle Busch (Joe Gibbs Racing) and Jimmie Johnson (Hendrick Motorsports), who is already 29 points behind leader Tony Stewart (Stewart-Haas Racing).

The winner of the last two races of the season will only start from 28th position and will have to put in an exemplary race if he wants to maintain control of the Chase. His direct rival Kevin Harvick (Richard Childress Racing) is doing barely better. His No. 29 Chevrolet will only start from 22nd place.
