Fifteen years after the debut of the Racecar Euro Series, the trajectory of the NASCAR in Europe continues to be on the rise, and the 2025 season promises to bring European drivers even closer to seats in the three national series in the United States. In addition to the drivers already entered in the NASCAR Euro Series, the organizer also wants to give a leg up to young talents, or gentlemen drivers looking for new sensations with a new generation of European NASCAR, present from 2025. This is how recruitment tests will soon begin, with a view to the coming season.

Three formulas are available, and open to any driver, whether a professional driver wishing to branch out into NASCAR, young wolves wanting to start motorsport or gentlemen drivers. The Discovery formula, at €1 excluding tax, allows drivers to have two driving sessions over a half-day, as well as advice and learning from the NASCAR Euro Series driver coaches. The Advanced formula, at €150 excluding tax, allows access to a full day of driving, with six sessions. Two drivers will be able to obtain the Pro formula, at €2 excluding tax, which allows for a dedicated car for the entire day, and therefore a theoretically unlimited number of runs.

The best drivers from these recruitment tests will then be able to progress to the Rookie Challenge, consisting of five sessions per year during free practice on race weekends, or directly into the Open and Pro championships, which will consist of a total of thirteen races in the 2025 season. The top drivers in the championship will have the opportunity to engage in a training program called "Road to America", which should culminate with a road course race in the Xfinity Series or directly in the Cup Series, the premier category of NASCAR in the United States.
