Nascar – Johnson extends with Hendrick

Jimmie Johnson has extended his contract with Hendrick Motorsports until 2020. The seven-time champion Nascar Cup Series, who made his debut at the highest level of the discipline in 2001 with Rick Hendrick's team after benefiting from the help of Jeff Gordon, has made 557 starts to date with the same team. Its main sponsor Lowe's also confirmed the extension of its partnership.

The driver of the No. 48 Chevrolet is currently leading the Championship, being the only one with 3 victories this season.
