Nascar – Keselowski wins in Las Vegas

Brad Keselowski punches his ticket to the Chase by winning the Kobalt 400 on the 1,5 mile oval in Las Vegas (Nevada) while Joey Logano gives Team Penske a double. The 2012 champion took the advantage over Kyle Busch (Joe Gibbs Racing) six laps from the finish, the driver of the Toyota #18 only taking fourth behind Jimmie Johnson (Hendrick Motorsports) after experiencing vibration issues in the final laps.

The event was disrupted by a sandstorm dirtying the track in the second part of the race. Perhaps it was the lack of grip that trapped Matt Kesenth (Joe Gibbs Racing) and caused an accident involving Chase Elliott (Hendrick Motorsports), Kurt Busch (Stewart-Haas Racing) and Carl Edwards (Joe Gibbs Racing).
