NASCAR – Kevin Harvick on pole at Indianapolis

Another unmissable event of the season, the 400 Brickyard 2014 will see Kevin Harvick start from pole position tomorrow evening. The driver of the Stewart-Haas Racing largely dominated qualifying at Indianapolis and is ahead of Jeff Gordon (Hendrick – Chevrolet), Brad Keselowski (Penske – Ford), Ryan Newman (Richard Childress – Chevrolet), defending champion, and Brian Vickers (MWR – Toyota).

Good performance from Juan-Pablo Montoya (Penske-Ford) who for his last race of the season in NASCAR Sprint Cup, will start from 8th position, sandwiched between his teammate Joey Logano and Kurt Busch (Stewart-Haas Racing). Defending champion Jimmie Johnson (Hendrick – Chevrolet) took 11th place and Danica Patrick (Stewart-Haas Racing) 14th position.
