Nascar – Kurt Busch in economy mode

After the difficult weather conditions in Pennsylvania last weekend, which led to the postponement of the meeting until this Monday, the competitors of the Nascar Sprint Cup were able to compete on the Pocono Raceway, a race at the end of which Kurt Busch signed his first success of the season.

The driver of the #41 Stewart Chevrolet SS-Haas Racing played the strategy card, being the most fuel efficient at the end of the event, to come ahead of Dale Earnhardt Jr. (Hendrick Motorsports – Chevrolet) and Brad Keselowski (Team Penske – Ford) who was penalized in the race for modifications deemed non-compliant to the bodywork of his Fusion during a stop.

Chase Elliott (Hendrick Motorsports – Chevrolet), who led the most laps today, finally failed in fourth position, after losing in the final laps to Keselowski. Joey Logano (Team Penske – Ford) completes the top 5.
