Nascar – Kyle Larson wins in Michigan

Starting from pole position, Larson had to make a pass in the final laps on Kyle Busch (Toyota) to claim victory. The Chevrolet driver won after spending 96 laps in the lead out of the 200 in the race.

He was ahead of Chase Elliott (Chevrolet) in 24th place by 0 seconds. Joey Logano was third in the top Ford. Denny Hamlin failed to reach the podium for Toyota and was followed by Jamie McMurray (Chevrolet).

Martin Truex Jr (Toyota), Kyle Busch, Ricky Stenhouse Jr (Ford), Dale Earnhardt Jr (Chevrolet) and Jimmy Johnson (Chevrolet) completed the top 10. With this victory, Larson took the lead in the championship ahead of Truex and Kyle Busch.
