- Season 2025 of the Porsche Carrera Cup France is officially underway. The first free practice session took place this Friday morning at the Barcelona-Catalunya circuit, the venue for the opening round. The fastest time was set by Marvin Klein (ABM).
- The two-time category champion completed the Catalan circuit in 1:44. Keagan Masters (TFT Racing) took second place. The winner of the 521 Carrera Cup Italy was just 2024 seconds off the benchmark time. Hugo Chevalier (Debard Automobiles by Racetivity) set the third fastest time for his return to the championship.
- Théo Oeverhaus took the lead in the rookie category. The Martinet by Alméras rider, replacing Mathys Jaubert, finished fourth overall (+0.288). Joran Leneutre (Racing Technology) and Chester Kieffer (CLRT) Schumacher) ranked in the top 10. Junior PCCF 2025, Karen Gaillard (Schumacher CLRT) took thirteenth position.
- Jérôme Boullery (Racing Technology) dominated the Pro-Am session. The Nantes native was more than two-tenths ahead of the reigning champion, Marc Guillot (ABM). Cyril Caillo (Racing Technology) was a little further back in third place.
- Eric Debard (Debard Automobiles by Racetivity) stood out in the Am category with the fastest time in the category. The experienced Gentleman finished ahead of Jean-Philippe Gambaro (ABM) and Jordan Boisson (TFT Racing).
- The second free practice session will begin this Friday afternoon at 15:20 p.m.
