PCCF – Le Mans: the weekend program

It's the meeting of the season in Porsche Carrera Cup France! Since the announcement of the calendar last October, one race has attracted all the attention: the preamble to the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Who says special event, says special weekend. Drivers will be allowed one run per day, with two free practice sessions, one qualifying session and just one race on the program. This will last 45 minutes and will count as two in the championship. LThe winner will therefore pocket 50 points.

On the field side, it will be record since more than 70 cars will be entered. The PCCF is in collaboration with the Porsche Carrera Cup Scandinavia. Championship leader Alessandro Ghiretti (Martinet by Alméras) will therefore have to be wary of his counterpart, Hampus Ericsson (M3G Motorsport). The same goes for Dorian Boccolacci (CLRT) and Marvin Klein (TFT Racing) who will face Lukas Sundahl (Micke Kägered Racing), second in PCCS, and Ola Nilsson (Mtech Competition), third.

There will also be several guest drivers who will join the Porsche Carrera Cup Le Mans grid, including Dennis Hauger, driver of F2 and world champion F3 in 2021, Julien Fébreau, official commentator of the F1 on Canal+, Dylan Pereira, reigning Porsche Supercup champion, or even Mathieu Martins, Junior Porsche Carrera Cup France 2022. They will all cover the legendary 13.626 kilometer circuit starting this Wednesday and the first free practice sessions.
