Three years after his last appearance in the Cup France, Gianmarco Quaresmini returns to the championship, with a team for which he has already driven, on a track where he has already won.

He is undoubtedly the rider in the paddock who has driven the most at Mugello. A regular at the Porsche Carrera Cup Italy, Gianmarco Quaresmini joins the grid of the French division this weekend. Certainly, the Transalpine has a significant advantage over his opponents, most of whom are new to the track. I have ridden here at least a dozen times. I have also won here. I know this track very well, experience is on my side. »

Motivated by his home race, he obviously hopes to make his national anthem resonate: " As every time I enter the track, I want to fight for the victory. »

If the circuit is not unknown to him, the championship and his weekend team are not either. In 2021, Gianmarco Quaresmini had participated in the full season under the colors of Ombra Racing. He finished 7th with a best result of fourth position.

Earlier this year, he joined Team Martinet by Alméras: “ I took part in the Zandvoort and Monza rounds in the Porsche Supercup. The car was free this weekend and the team called me to ask if I was available. "A freelance before a full-time return to PCCF in 2025?" I don't know what my future holds.
