At the end of the first two meetings of the 2025 season, Porsche Carrera Cup France: Paul Cauhaupé's consistency has carried the young Toulouse driver to the top of the general standings. The ABM driver has four points more than Marcus Amand (CLRT) Schumacher) and five ahead of his teammate Marvin Klein (ABM).

« Arriving as leader is always better, but I'm not focusing on that. A third of the championship has been completed, so it's far too early to focus on that. I want to play up front, be consistent, and get on the podium."

Paradoxically, the Junior PCCF 2024 has not yet established itself: “ It bothers me a little! I'm only in my second season, and given the very high level of the championship, you have to accept that winning takes time. I have to work hard to improve."

His wait may come to an end at the third round of the year at Spa-Francorchamps. In 2024, Paul Cauhaupé described the Belgian weekend as " the best of the season » after his first overall podium and his first rookie victory. On one of his favorite circuits, the championship leader would like to consolidate his position by pocketing the points promised to the winner. I'll be delighted to win here! I need to improve my driving and how I use the new tires." After the first tests this Thursday, the ABM resident has two free practice sessions this Friday to continue improving.
