Peugeot presented the L750 R HYbrid Vision Gran Turismo on the occasion of the release of the video game Gran Turismo available from October 18 on PlayStation 4. The Sochaux manufacturer was based on the L500 R HYbrid Vision Gran Turismo concept which marked the one hundred years since the Lion's victory at the Indy 500 with Dario Resta who was at the wheel of an L45 on May 30, 1916 and who notably takes over the pointed rear of the old model.

This new virtual concept offers a thermal engine developing 580 hp capable of reaching a maximum speed set at 10 rpm. With the addition of a 000hp electric motor powered by a liquid-cooled lithium-ion battery, the Peugeot L170 R HYbrid Vision Gran Turismo can reach a cumulative power of 570hp transmitted to the rear wheels. The (virtual) driver has a seven-speed sequential gearbox. 750 to 0km/h is achieved in 100”2.

The Peugeot L750 R HYbrid is controlled by a dual hydraulic circuit braking system and four ventilated carbon discs. It is based on variable suspensions influencing the ride height depending on the speed and has forged magnesium wheels to optimize the weight which does not exceed 825kg, or 185kg less than the L 500 R HYbrid Vision GT.
