Cup Series: Rasse and Blugeon emerge victorious
The Sprint format highlighted the consistency of the favorites. In Race 1, Alexandre Rasse delivered a masterful performance, leading all 22 laps unchallenged. He finished ahead of Maxime Blanchemain and Sébastien Poisson. However, the challenging track layout caught out several competitors: track limits resulted in penalties for Stéphane Girardot and Pierre Luthi.
Race 2 confirmed the established order with a commanding victory for Victor Blugeon. Alexandre Rasse, maintaining his form from the weekend, finished second, while César Vandewoestyne completed the podium. Once again, the track limits played a crucial role, altering the standings in the middle of the pack after the finish.
Endurance: Double victory for François Chotard
The trials ofEndurance They offered a more exciting spectacle on the track. François Chotard dominated the category by winning both races of the weekend. Behind him, the Nuss family demonstrated impressive consistency by twice securing second place on the podium.
The field witnessed some spectacular comebacks, notably that of the duo Margaux Verza and Jean-Charles Carminati, who finished third in Race 1 after four overtakes. In the GT4 category, the battle was intense between Jean Olive and the Bailly/Rousseau crew, each sharing a victory during the meeting.
Between technical mastery and penalty management, this meeting at Lédenon highlighted the demands of the Porsche Sprint Challenge, where the slightest mistake on this hilly course is immediately punished by the stopwatch.
