If Raffaele Marciello (Mercedes-AMG GT3 n°999 – GruppeM Racing) and Christopher Haase (Audi R8 LMS GT3 n°29 – Audi Sport Team Land) took turns jostling at the top of the hierarchy, it was ultimately the Briton, Mathieu's teammate Jaminet and Dennis Olsen who showed the most verve in 1'52″825, 45 thousandths ahead of Haase.
This same Tandy who left at fault in qualifying in Q2, earlier in the day, but who knew how to bounce back perfectly to snatch pole.
Marciello, who supports championship leader Maxi Buhk and Maro Engel, fails in 3rd place at 0″261, followed by Richard Lietz (Porsche 911 GT3 R n°20 – GPX Racing) at 0″744 and Matt Campbell (Porsche 911 GT3 n°12 – Dinamic Motorsport) at 0″962.
The 9 Hours of Kyalami will begin tomorrow at 11:30 a.m. and can be followed live on video in full on our website.
